At Orbico, migrating to a new Figma environment revealed the need for scalable workflows, governance, and clearer structure.

defining scalable token and typography structures,
creating contribution workflows and governance rules,
leading workshops and onboarding sessions,
aligning Figma libraries with engineering implementation,
supporting rebranding migration efforts,
mentoring designers in design system adoption,
building documentation standards and handoff processes,
and improving accessibility across components and patterns.
