Each company faced different challenges related to scaling design systems and maintaining consistency across growing platforms.


At Printify, the design system had been neglected while the company simultaneously launched a major rebranding initiative.


At Nordea, inconsistencies between the Figma library and engineering implementation created friction across teams and reduced adoption.


At Orbico, migrating to a new Figma environment revealed the need for scalable workflows, governance, and clearer structure.

My role
My role

I worked across design system governance, UX consistency, and operational scalability.


My responsibilities included:

  • defining scalable token and typography structures,

  • creating contribution workflows and governance rules,

  • leading workshops and onboarding sessions,

  • aligning Figma libraries with engineering implementation,

  • supporting rebranding migration efforts,

  • mentoring designers in design system adoption,

  • building documentation standards and handoff processes,

  • and improving accessibility across components and patterns.
